Can I polish your saddle horn? ~ Scott Rivers ~ Males In Motion November Obsession 2018

    It all happened in a flash! I saw a pic of Scott Rivers posted on Facebook. It only took a second, I was obsessed. I didn't become a perv stalker or anything, I just wanted to know more about him. Why? Well, if you are a regular reader of my blogs, you know that I have a thing for sexy cowboys. Scott Rivers is a cowboy on and off the stage. Also, I love male dancers who have those wirey, muscled bodies. Scott Rivers has a wirey, muscled body. Add that handsome sexy face, piercing eyes, sweet ass, ample package and the badass tattoos. I'm ready to be calf roped and tied down.

   I was raised in a small southern town where cowboys were a regular part of my daily scenery. When I was younger I also worked at a few rodeos in different roles. So, I was always watching those boys in their hats, boots and tight wranglers. Scott Rivers represents all of those past fantasies to me and that is why he has been chosen as the Males In Motion Obsession for November 2018.

   It is very clear that I am not the only one who admired the pic of Scott Rivers. I shared the pic from another FB source and watched the number of likes begin to climb. The comments began to be posted as well... "Sexy" "Nice" "He is hot" "Sweet juicy body" "Tatted Hottie" "F*** me now". It was obvious a nerve had been struck and we all agreed, Scott Rivers is a male dancer that we want to see and know more about. And I for one want to tip those American Flag underwear (See top pic).

    Since Scott Rivers could play a role in many of our fantasies, and since it has been stated that he is this month's obsession, I'm going to just cut loose with inuendos and let all of the cliches fly. First of all, yes, he can ride in my saddle any time. Heck, I'll even wear stirrups if that helps. And if he wants, he can ride my pony, I'm open to any interaction. If a lot of bucking occurs, I can't promise I"ll last longer than 8 seconds but I am certainly willing to try. Even if he needs something simple like his saddle horn polished, all he has to do is ask. I am hoping he'll show me his roping techniques and tie a few knots. We can take turns testing them to see how strong they are tied. And finally, if at the end of any day he and his 'horse' needs to be rubbed down, I'll volunteer.

   It is my understanding that Scott Rivers performs on Friday nights at The Room - Bar & Lounge in Spring, TX which is North of Houston. I see a trip to Texas in my future and it's been a while since I've visited Houston. And now I have a big incentive to return.

Thank You For Getting Naked!

    Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays. I love the food, the parades, football (football players and uniforms) and family. When we get together as in many households, we go around the room and different people say what they are thankful for on this day. This blog focuses on what I'm thankful for when speaking about the exotic male dancer industry.

   At the top of the list, I am thankful for all the fans of exotic male dancers who regularly buy drinks and pay covers at bars and clubs that feature them. Thank you for keeping these venues open and successful. In the past few years many such bars and clubs have closed their doors and they are missed. Thank you for tipping the boys so they are motivated to keep performing.

    Thank you to all the exotic male dancers who perform at our favorite bars and clubs. We appreciate the hard work needed to keep your body in shape. We are grateful for the many pairs of underwear that you go through each year. Thank you for playing into our fantasies with costumes and props that drive us wild. Thank you for the flirts and teases that make us enjoy the nights we go out to have fun. And thank you for those adventures we experience in the VIP Lounge and private lap dance areas. And of course, we thank you for getting 'nekkid'! Woot!
 
   Thank you to the bar and club owners, managers, show directors, drag queens, dj's, bartenders, security and staff who week after week keep the venues running so we can return and have fun. It takes so many different people doing their jobs well to make this big machine move smoothly. Thank you to all the photographers, bloggers and vloggers who bring us images and videos to enjoy those locations where we aren't able to travel. Although we don't say it enough, we do appreciate all of you!

We challenge you to take one step further and give a personal gift that will bring a smile to their face, and make shopping more fun during the holidays. In part one of this blog, GIFTS 101, we discussed buying underwear as a gift for an exotic male dancer. When we drop the underwear, what is left? In this blog we add in the accessories or extras that you can place with the underwear to make a memorable holiday gift. The gifts are centered around what a male dancer will need while performing, getting ready to perform or after he has finished his performance.     The first item that I would recommend you add to a sexy pair of underwear is a seductive fragrance. Men's colognes can be a bit pricey. We'll provide a list that includes options for those who have no money worries and those who work closely on a budget. Below are some of the top selling brands and fragrances.
 
  
 
  
 
   Below are a few more economical options for fragrances. The sample packs provide a variety of different popular fragrances at a small price. This will give the male dancer several options. You can ask them at some point which they liked best and purchase that particular fragrance for a future gift. We also recommend that you stop in a local department store and use the fragrance sample testers to see which fragrances you like the best. Ask for their prices, then compare them to the prices we have listed here. Choose the best price wherever that may be. Remember to always factor in shipping if an item is purchased online.

Gear And Accessories
    When a male dancer performs several things happen that provide clues for gift options. Hair care and grooming are important. We think shoe laces in a variety of colors is a cool addition. The dancer can match the shoe laces to the color of underwear they are wearing for that session. A male dancer needs a duffle bag or other bag to carry their items to and from the venue. They will sweat while dancing so a towel would be a nice addition to their gear. We've listed a few possible associated gifts below. We'll also be posting an upcoming blog with instructions for making a gift basket or box for the male dancer that will include some of these items and others not listed below.

Mr. X-Room ~ Springfield, Massachusetts ~ Christmas Comes Early For Michael Hill

 
    I was fortunate to have grown up in a Norman Rockwell style holiday home. For those of you unaware of who Norman Rockwell was, click here and make the discovery. On Christmas morning my siblings and I still in pajamas, took turns opening presents. As a boy, I was always most excited about opening toys. As an adult, my wish list for presents has changed but I still get excited about toys, well, boy toys. And when I say boy toys, I'm talking exotic male dancers. And I particularly like the ones who come out all wrapped up like a package and then unwrap themselves for my pleasure.
 
 
    This year I feel like Christmas is coming early for me. Two days after Thanksgiving (Saturday, November 24), I will be in Springfield, Massachusetts to serve as a judge for the annual Mr. X-Room contest held at X-Room at Mardi Gras. I will be judging the performances of several male strippers as they vie for the title. Serving as a judge is an experience that always fills me with excited anticipation. I also get to spend time with industry friends that I haven't seen in a while. When the boys perform in the contest, yes sir, they strip to completely nude! Woohoo! ***Doing a happy dance here!*** The X-Room is the only all-nude male strip club in New England. See, it's Christmas for Michael Hill! I will definitely enjoy watching each of my presents unwrap themselves.
 
 
    I recently spoke with Sammy Velazquez, a friend who is also the manager of X-Room, to get a few details about the Mr. X-Room Contest. The contest has been an annual event for the past five years at the current X-Room location. However, you could actually say that the contest started in 2002-2003 when X-Room was at a different location and known as X-Static. My first visit to the club was when it was known as X-Static. All contestants must be a current dancer at the club. New hires are not eligible. Each contestant performs one song and are judged on the performance by the judges and by the audience reaction. The winner receives a cash prize, photos and a bar tab for the year.
 
 
 
    If you live in the Springfield, Massachusetts area or will be there this coming Saturday night, come join us and enjoy the contest. Also, please come up to me and introduce yourself. I love meeting other male dancer fans and blog readers. Before the contest if you can't find me, it's probably because I'm busy enjoying private lap dances from non-contestant dancers. You see, one of my all-time favorite X-Room dancers will be there (he knows who he is), and I have some private lap dance time to catch up on. But please hang around so I can meet you.
 
    Does your favorite club that features male strippers have a Mr. XXXX male stripper title? Talk to the manager and/or owner and recommend a male stripper contest for 2019. Then He Winked At Me! ~ Club Review: O'Connors Club 20 ~ Columbus, OH

    I recently had the privilege of visiting one of my favorite neighborhood bars. It's called O'Connors Club 20 and it is located in Columbus, OH. It's one of my favorite for several reasons but first and foremost is the people who work and/or play there. Everyone is friendly and has a smile for you. And although all smiles are nice to receive, there is one smile in particular at O'Connors of which I am especially fond. That would be the infamous J.R. Jones' smile. I swear when he's bartending and gives me that smile, I know I'm going to be drunk off my ass before the night is over. Those who have experienced it know what I"m talking about. We keep going back to get another and another and ...

    If I am in Columbus for a weekend, you will find me on Sunday night at O'Connors Club 20 for Abortia Clinique's Show N Tail Sunday. Abortia (A.K.A. Bryan Richardson) always has a sexy show full of hot male dancers. And the night I was there was another Top Shelf night. I met and tipped Dane and Joey for the first time. And got to see two of my favorites, Sterling and Trouble. More about the boys later. On this night I experienced a first. I was introduced to nipple pasties by the lovely and talented Butterfly. I didn't see that coming! I'm always ready for new experiences and yes, I did tip her. I've probably not been that close to a female titty since I was a mere baby. To all of you gay men who just gasped, please know, I did survive and had a fun night!

    The bar was packed front to back. You literally had to work your way through the crowd to get to the bar. But with the thought of J.R.'s smile waiting at the bar I managed to slide, grope, tug, and squeeze my way successfully. And honestly, I don't think the boys in the crowd knew that it was my hand. I was lucky enough to get a seat at a table right in front of the stage. I mean, I could reach out and touch the performers, and did. I tipped from my chair. Talk about lazy audience participation. But hey, it worked for me. I had the best view in the house and all I had to do was worry about getting another drink and tipping the dancers.

    Abortia introduced the performers and during the night they each did 2-3 sessions. It was really great to finally get to meet Dane. He's such a nice guy. We had chatted a few times online and I was happy to get to meet him in person.

    Although I love Sterling, my partner LOVES Sterling. It makes my night to see him happy like that. And it was great to get reacquainted. And Sterling, thanks for the cowboy number. I'm the one that said, "Oh shit!" when you came out wearing the hat and boots.

   I've been following Joey online for the past year. Gosh I love that wirey, tight, sexy body! And when he comes out in leather, well, my mind goes places with him that I can't talk about here.

    I have been a Trouble fan for a couple of years and was really happy to see that he was scheduled for that night. I mourned when he retired from dancing for a while. Then cheered when he returned. I very much enjoyed seeing him wearing a jock strap for one of his numbers. I do so love that cute butt. But, I'll have to say that the highlight of that night for me was when Trouble winked at me. It wasn't a sly, quick wink and then move on. There wasn't a question of whether he was winking at someone over my shoulder. No, he was winking at me. Remember I was right there in the front. Right at the stage, I could reach out and touch him and did when I tipped him. All I can say is that the experience caused a stir deep down inside me. Oh, and did I forget to say... he didn't wink with his eyes!
